The plastic is solidified, and finally the plastic products are ejected.

The working principle of the injection mold is to inject the molten plastic into the mold cavity and remove the molded product after cooling and solidification. Specifically, the injection mold is mainly composed of two parts: the moving mold and the fixed mold. The moving mold is installed on the moving template of the injection machine, and the fixed mold is installed on the fixed template. The plastic raw material is put into the hopper of the injection machine, heated and compressed, melted and injected into the mold cavity, then the mold is closed, cooled by cooling water, the plastic is solidified, and finally the plastic products are ejected.
The composition of the injection mold includes the main channel, the cold material cavity, the shunt channel and the gate. The main flow channel is the channel connecting the nozzle of the injection machine to the shunt channel or cavity. The cold material cavity is arranged at the end of the main flow channel to capture the cold material generated between the two injections at the end of the nozzle to prevent the blockage of the shunt channel or gate. Shunt channels are channels that connect the main channel and each cavity, and are usually designed to be symmetrical and equidistant. Gate is connected to the main channel (or shunt channel) and the cavity of the channel, its shape and size of the product quality has a great impact.
The injection molding process includes putting the plastic raw material into the hopper of the injection machine, heating and compressing, melting and injecting it into the mold cavity. After the mold is closed, the plastic is solidified by cooling with cooling water. Finally, the plastic products are pushed out of the mold to complete the entire injection molding process.
The importance of mold design is to ensure the quality and production efficiency of plastic products. Excellent mold design needs to consider the selection of mold materials, heat treatment process, cooling system and other factors. In addition, injection molds are widely used in automotive, electronics, medical equipment and other fields, and have the advantages of low density, high specific strength, and good chemical stability.
Injection molds are used in a wide range of applications, including automobiles, electronics, and medical equipment. Plastic products have the advantages of low density, high specific strength and good chemical stability, so they are used in many fields.
